SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer the following services:

  • FedEx® Ground (1-5 business days)

  • FedEx 2Day®

  • FedEx Overnight®

Once you’ve placed your order, allow 1-2 business days to process + ship. When your bag has left we will email you with confirmation and tracking information. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Signature is required for all deliveries. If you (or your butler) are not home, feel free to use an alternate address where someone is available to sign or make arrangements for a pick up/drop off time directly with FEDEX.

Exchanges And Repairs

Each HARMIN bag is numbered and signed which therefore prevents us from accepting returns or exchanges at this time.  With this in mind, please select your purchases very carefully and if you need our help in making that choice, please contact us so we can personally assist you.

Our mission at HARMIN is to inspire and empower people to go places and live life to the fullest.  We strive to create the least amount of stress on you or on the environment. We obsess over the design and functionality while being equally mindful of our larger impact on earth.  We encourage you to do the same.

Each HARMIN piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment.  If however, through normal wear and tear, you encounter a damage, lose a screw (although we include 1 extra) or a strap loop, please contact us so we can repair or replace.  Stuff happens, we’ve all been there, and we want to insure full satisfaction.
